Xplor Technologies has acquired Membr, a gym and health-club management software platform used by over 2,000 gyms across 25+ countries. The deal brings Membr into Xplor’s Xplor Gym offering to accelerate product development, expand embedded payments and marketing automation capabilities, and grow Xplor’s footprint in multi-market and big-box gym operators.
