Xplor Technologies Acquires Bitlancer to Expand Embedded Payroll and AI-Powered Workflows

Xplor Technologies announced the acquisition of Bitlancer, a technology provider focused on payroll automation and AI-powered tools for fitness operators. The deal will embed payroll processing and AI business automation directly into Xplor’s vertical SaaS platforms serving fitness and leisure, golf and clubs, recreation, field services, and education. Bitlancer’s team will remain with Xplor to continue developing and expanding the embedded payroll and AI capabilities after the transaction closes.
