XS Power Batteries has acquired Ioxus, Inc., a developer and manufacturer of ultracapacitors and energy storage products. Cascadia Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to Ioxus and its investors; the deal expands XS Power's product capabilities and integrates Ioxus' ultracapacitor technology into XS Power's automotive, powersports and industrial offerings.
