Xypex Chemical Corporation Acquires Xypex Australia, XMS (Thailand) and National Concrete Solutions

Xypex Chemical Corporation announced that effective November 1, 2024, Concrete Waterproofing Manufacturing Pty. Ltd. (CWM) trading as Xypex Australia (including CWM's XMS Thailand subsidiary) and National Concrete Solutions (NCS) will become wholly owned subsidiaries of Xypex. The acquisition strengthens Xypex's global footprint and operations to deliver waterproofing products and services while optimizing costs and future investments.
