Icreon, a New York–based customer experience transformation firm, has acquired ChangeCX, a Plano, Texas–headquartered omnichannel commerce consultancy. The acquisition expands Icreon’s commerce and composable commerce capabilities (commercetools, NewStore, Salesforce) and strengthens its offering across B2B and B2C eCommerce, POS and omnichannel inventory management for retail, consumer goods and manufacturing clients.

Riskonnect Acquires ICIX to Expand ESG and Supply Chain Governance Capabilities

Riskonnect has acquired ICIX, a California-based value chain governance and ESG technology provider, to expand its integrated risk management (IRM) product suite and strengthen ESG and supply chain capabilities. The acquisition will integrate ICIX's trading network and analytics into Riskonnect's platform and give ICIX customers access to Riskonnect's RMIS, GRC, and healthcare risk solutions; terms were not disclosed.

Blackstone Acquires Crown Resorts

Blackstone has completed the acquisition of Crown Resorts Limited, acquiring three integrated resort and casino properties in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney in the firm's largest Asia Pacific transaction. Blackstone said it will work with Crown's management and employees to transform the properties into world-class entertainment destinations, improve compliance and governance, and support the Australian tourism recovery; Crown employs roughly 20,000 people.

Overdrive Marketing Inc. Acquires TheRX.com

The acquisition is intended to expand Overdrive's audience and capabilities in the U.S. sports betting market, with plans to rebuild and relaunch the site for the 2021 football season.

Curve Digital (Catalis Group) Acquires IronOak Games
