Mednow Inc. acquired 2716725 Ontario Inc. doing business as Medvisit for $1.32 million in cash at closing plus an earn-out of up to $680,000 tied to profitability. Medvisit, Canada’s largest doctor house-call service with a network of over 100 doctors, ~30,000 patient home visits per year and a ~400,000 patient database, will be integrated with Mednow’s virtual pharmacy and telehealth services to expand in‑home care capabilities in Ontario (GTA).

Doc-Tor.com will operate within Harris' Amazing Charts business unit, while Ultimate Billing will be a stand-alone business unit, expanding Harris' practice management, EMR and RCM capabilities for private medical practices across the U.S.
