Ellucian has completed the acquisition of CampusLogic, an ed‑tech provider of Student Financial Success SaaS solutions that serves nearly 800 higher‑education institutions and more than five million students. The deal brings CampusLogic's financial aid, scholarship and student-finance tools into Ellucian's Experience Platform and ERP/SIS/CRM suite to strengthen student financial success and improve enrollment and completion outcomes.

Ellucian Acquires Tribal Group plc

Ellucian has agreed to acquire UK-based Tribal Group plc in an all-cash transaction valuing Tribal's issued and to-be-issued ordinary share capital at approximately £159 million (enterprise value ~£172 million). The deal, unanimously recommended by Tribal’s board, will expand Ellucian’s global reach and product capabilities for tertiary education ERP/CRM and accelerate SaaS adoption for education customers worldwide; it is pending regulatory and shareholder approvals.

Ellucian has completed the acquisition of Anthology's Student Information Systems (SIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business, having been the successful bidder in Anthology's Chapter 11 process. The deal transfers more than 260 Anthology SIS and ERP customers to Ellucian and is intended to provide continuity for customers while expanding Ellucian's higher-education product and services ecosystem.
