Oakley Capital Fund V is investing in Konzept & Marketing (K&M), a Hanover-based managing general agent (MGA) focused on the German personal non-life insurance market. Oakley will invest alongside insurance veteran Joachim Müller, who will become Chairman and lead a buy-and-build strategy to expand K&M's product offering, distribution capabilities and pursue further M&A; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2024.
