Macquarie Asset Management (via Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 7) and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) have completed the acquisition of Renewi, a leading waste-to-product recycling company. The Consortium said it will support Renewi’s One Renewi transformation strategy and growth plans to strengthen recycling yields and expand its position across the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Portugal.

ReCircled Acquires Circlarity

Longshore Capital Partners has completed acquisitions of Blue Wheel and Retail Bloom and combined them into a single omni-channel digital commerce agency operating under the Blue Wheel name. Greybull Stewardship Acquires RTCM Holdings (Reclaimed Textile & Garment Recycling Companies)

Greybull Stewardship, a U.S.-based private investment firm, has acquired RTCM Holdings, a family of reclaimed textile recycling and distribution businesses that includes Reclaimed Industrial Cleaning Clothes, Recycled Shoes & Clothing and World Wear Project. Greybull named Craig McAndrews CEO of RTCM and plans to scale the business by entering new markets and investing in automation and sales/ procurement capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
