Astorg has signed a definitive agreement to acquire FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific's Medical Media Business (Irvine Scientific MBU) from FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific, adding culture and vitrification media products to its recently combined assisted reproductive technology (ART) platform created from Hamilton Thorne and Cook Medical's Reproductive Health business. The deal is an add-on designed to create a global ART MedTech leader by expanding product capabilities for fertility clinics and IVF laboratories; financial terms were not disclosed.

Astorg Mid‑Cap Acquires Majority Stake in hg medical
