Astorg Takes Hamilton Thorne Private and Acquires Cook Medical Reproductive Health

Astorg completed a take-private of Hamilton Thorne and simultaneously acquired Cook Medical’s Reproductive Health business, combining the two to create a global leader in assisted reproductive technology (ART) consumables, instruments and equipment. The combined company will serve fertility clinics and IVF laboratories in over 115 countries, with a new executive team appointed to lead the integrated MedTech platform.
