Product Recovery Management Acquires LMS Manufacturing, LLC

Product Recovery Management, Inc. (PRM) has acquired LMS Manufacturing and Metal Fabrication (LMS Manufacturing, LLC), a Marianna, Florida-based metal fabrication and machining shop that also provides environmental remediation system services. The deal expands PRM's presence in the Southeast United States and adds fabrication, engineering and field capabilities to support its remediation and landfill gas equipment business.

Lehman & Company, has completed acquisitions of Premium Environmental Services (PES) and the combined operations of Worldwide Recovery Systems (WRS) and YES Management (d/b/a Yuma Environmental Services). The add-on deals expand Crystal Clean’s eastern and western U.S. footprint, enhance its waste collection, transport and disposal capabilities, and support targeted vertical integration and synergies with its branch and industrial services network.

EnviroServe Acquires CG Environmental

EnviroServe Inc., a Salt Lake City-based environmental services platform and portfolio company of One Rock Capital Partners, has acquired CG Environmental (The Cleaning Guys), a Fort Worth, Texas-based provider of environmental remediation, emergency response and waste management services. The add-on expands EnviroServe's footprint by seven locations (to 45 total) and brings CG Environmental's proprietary "Annihilator" spill-cleanup technology and regional capabilities across Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma and Missouri.

Covanta Acquires Globalcycle and Global Remediation Services

Coalesce Capital Acquires Miller Environmental Group

Miller operates 30 locations across the United States serving over 1,800 customers; Coalesce plans to invest in human capital, technology, and add-on acquisitions to expand the company's branch and facility network.
