EVgo Acquires Recargo (PlugShare)

EVgo Inc. (Nasdaq: EVGO) has acquired Recargo, the developer of the PlugShare app and a leading e-mobility data and software provider, for $25 million in an all-cash transaction (including $3 million loan repayment). The deal brings Recargo’s app, data services and payment capabilities into EVgo to enhance driver experience, data licensing and interoperability across charging networks and automakers.
