Distributed Ledger, Inc. (DLI), a blockchain technology service provider based in Atlanta, acquired Crypto Mining Tools (CMT), a North American cryptocurrency mining hardware supplier and creator of online mining tools. CMT founder Scott Offord will join DLI as Director of Asset Management as DLI plans to rebrand CMT, relaunch its podcast, and scale services for CMT's customers.
