Wellin5, an online telehealth counseling platform, acquired US-based mental health startup Therachat as part of its entry into the U.S. telehealth market and expansion of mental health capabilities. The deal adds Therachat's mobile mental health tools and access to an additional ~5,000 therapists, and positions Wellin5 to grow partnerships with insurers and employee benefits administrators.
