Bowman Consulting Group Acquires Terra Associates, Inc.

Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: BWMN) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Terra Associates, Inc., a Houston- and San Antonio-based civil engineering and surveying firm, with closing scheduled for December 31, 2021. The acquisition, financed with cash, seller financing and stock, is expected to be immediately accretive and to contribute approximately $5.5 million of annualized net service billing while expanding Bowman’s Texas operations and service capabilities.

The deal expands EIS's presence in the Southeast and adds high-volume groundwater treatment, dewatering, subsurface remediation, surveying and mapping capabilities to its nationwide environmental and infrastructure services platform.

The acquisition integrates TTG's platform with Brandt's Go Outdoors product to expand capabilities for government agencies managing licenses, permits and reservations; financial terms were not disclosed.
