Thoma Bravo Acquires Olo

Thoma Bravo has completed its all-cash acquisition of Olo Inc. for approximately $2.0 billion in equity value, with Olo shareholders receiving $10.25 per share. The deal takes Olo private, its common stock has been delisted from the NYSE, and Thoma Bravo said it will work with Olo’s leadership to scale the platform, expand capabilities, and accelerate product innovation for the restaurant industry.
