MC Machinery Systems Acquires Ferro Technique from Argyle Capital and Sharno Group

MC Machinery Systems Inc. has acquired Ferro Technique Ltd., a Mississauga-based multi-line distributor of machine tools, from Argyle Capital Partners and investment partner Sharno Group. The transaction gives MC Machinery expanded distribution and service capabilities in eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes) and represents a strategic geographic and service-network expansion for the buyer.
