Yarrow Bioscience announced the completion of its merger with VYNE Therapeutics, with the combined company operating as Yarrow Bioscience, Inc. The transaction follows previously announced private financings totaling approximately $200 million and includes the initiation of dosing in a Phase 2a/2b trial of YB-101 for Graves' disease and thyroid eye disease.
