Zebra Technologies to Acquire Fetch Robotics

Zebra Technologies announced it intends to acquire Fetch Robotics, a pioneer in on-demand automation using Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021 and is designed to accelerate Zebra’s intelligent industrial automation and enterprise asset intelligence vision, combining Zebra’s workflow solutions with Fetch’s cloud-based robotics platform and software (FetchCore).
