ZEDRA has acquired AlleyBe, a Maltese corporate service provider, trustee and Virtual Financial Asset (VFA) Agent, adding approximately 25 team members and strengthening ZEDRA's capabilities in Malta. The deal integrates AlleyBe into the ZEDRA brand to broaden corporate, private wealth and fintech-related services for clients in the region.
