ZEDRA, the global specialist in active wealth, corporate and fund services, has acquired Inside Pensions Ltd, a UK-based occupational pension scheme governance support provider. The acquisition adds 39 staff in St Albans and strengthens ZEDRA's pensions and employee benefits capabilities in the UK; the shareholders of Inside Pensions were advised by Cavendish Corporate Finance.
