Swedish gaming group Zordix AB (publ) acquired U.S.-based publisher Maximum Games for $42 million upfront in cash and shares plus an estimated $30 million earn-out in cash and shares. The deal brings Maximum's Modus Games label and Modus Studios (Brazil) into Zordix, expanding the group's publishing, distribution and development capabilities to drive global growth in the AA games segment.
