Zillow Group Acquires Follow Up Boss

Zillow Group has agreed to acquire Follow Up Boss, a real-estate-focused CRM, for $400 million in initial cash plus up to $100 million in potential earnout. Follow Up Boss will remain an independent brand, its ~100 employees (including co-founders Dan Corkill and Tom Markov) will join Zillow, and the product will continue to support third-party integrations.

StoreForce Acquires ThinkTime with Backing from Accel-KKR

StoreForce, a Toronto-based retail operations software provider, has acquired ThinkTime, a Chicago-based retail execution and task-management software vendor. The deal comes after StoreForce received a majority investment from tech-focused private equity firm Accel-KKR, and is intended to expand StoreForce's retail execution, tasking and ticketing capabilities as an add-on to its platform.
