ZMC Acquires Controlling Stake in IT Renew

Affiliates of private equity firm ZMC acquired a controlling stake in IT Renew, a Silicon Valley–headquartered data center decommissioning and IT lifecycle management provider. The investment is intended to support IT Renew’s continued innovation in data security and data center lifecycle management, with Aidin Aghamiri named CEO and founder Mostafa Aghamiri remaining as Chairman.
