Mitratech, a provider of legal, compliance, and HR software, has acquired TalentReef, a high-volume, hourly-worker-focused applicant tracking and onboarding platform, from Frontier Growth. The acquisition expands Mitratech's HR compliance and onboarding capabilities and will integrate TalentReef with Mitratech's existing solutions (including AssureHire and Tracker I-9) to offer a more seamless, compliant experience for hourly hiring across distributed locations.

Hirewell Acquires Rainmakers Tech Sales Marketplace
