The deals strengthen eShipping's technology-enabled, asset-light logistics platform (backed by Ridgemont Equity Partners) by adding transportation execution capabilities and data/analytics to its eShipManager offering.

eShipping, a Kansas City–based tech-enabled managed transportation provider, has acquired Virginia-based Integrated Logistics 2000 LLC (IL2000). The add-on expands eShipping's footprint into Virginia (IL2000 is headquartered in Virginia Beach) and broadens its managed transportation and TMS capabilities; IL2000 has roughly 33 employees.

Greenbriar Equity Group Acquires Sunvair Aerospace Group from Blue Sea Capital

Funds managed by Greenbriar Equity Group completed the acquisition of Sunvair Aerospace Group, a U.S.-based aircraft component MRO specialist, from Blue Sea Capital. Greenbriar said the investment will support Sunvair's organic growth and acquisition strategy to expand its engineered MRO capabilities across landing gear, avionics and accessory repairs.
