Riverview Landscapes Acquires Irrigation and Landscape Management's Landscaping and Snow Business

Riverview Landscapes acquired the landscaping and snow management business of Irrigation and Landscape Management, Inc. (ILM), a Parsippany, New Jersey–based provider of commercial landscaping, irrigation design/installation, drainage and fertilization services. The deal expands Riverview's Northern New Jersey footprint and irrigation/snow-management capabilities and is the company's 19th acquisition since 2022; ILM founder Steven Raibick will remain involved in a consulting capacity.

GNI Management Group Acquires Advanced Insulation Inc.

GNI Management Group Inc., an Ironbridge Equity Partners portfolio company, has acquired Winnipeg-based Advanced Insulation Inc., a provider of insulation services focused on new-home construction and retrofit markets in the Winnipeg region. The deal expands GNI’s geographic footprint into Manitoba; Advanced’s president Evan Lavallee will remain as branch manager to support integration and local growth.

Blackwell Capital Group Acquires Stack Equipment

Blackwell Capital Group, a Milwaukee-based private investment firm, has acquired Stack Equipment, a Hartford, Wisconsin supplier of refurbished aerial access and material handling equipment. The seller/previous owner Jim Lenahan (via Keystone Holdings) will remain a stockholder and Stack's management and staff will stay in place as Blackwell aims to grow the business and expand its reach and services.

BlackHawk Industrial Acquires Advanced Industrial Supply
