Platinum Equity has acquired NDC, a Nashville-based healthcare supply chain company and master distributor of consumable medical supplies, from an affiliate of Court Square Capital Partners. NDC, which offers roughly 53,000 SKUs from more than 400 manufacturers and serves primary care, acute care, dental, long-term care and homecare end markets, will continue to be led by CEO Mark Seitz under Platinum's ownership as the firm seeks to grow the platform organically and via additional partnerships or M&A.
