Mérieux NutriSciences Acquires Bureau Veritas' Food Testing Activities in the U.S. and Canada

The deal expands Mérieux NutriSciences' North American footprint and is part of a broader, multi‑jurisdictional purchase of Bureau Veritas' global food laboratory testing business.

NSF Acquires Cambium Analytica

NSF, a global public health and safety organization, has acquired Cambium Analytica, a Traverse City, Michigan-based analytical testing and product development firm serving natural food, beverage and dietary supplement clients. The acquisition adds Cambium's QA, batch-release testing and contract research capabilities to NSF's Food and Nutrition division and will operate as "Cambium Analytica, an NSF company" with its 69 employees remaining in Traverse City.

SGS Acquires MP Machinery and Testing (MPM) from Praesidian Capital

SGS, the global testing, inspection and certification company, has acquired MP Machinery and Testing, LLC (MPM) from Praesidian Capital. MPM, headquartered in State College, Pennsylvania, is a manufacturer of capital equipment and provider of specialized testing services focused on the nuclear power/SMR market and other industrial end markets; the deal provides SGS with expanded technical capabilities in advanced nuclear and industrial testing.

SGS Acquires Aster Global Environmental Solutions
