EQT-managed funds (owner of Sivantos) and the Tøpholm and Westermann families (owners of Widex) completed a business combination creating WS Audiology, a dual-headquartered hearing-aid company based in Lynge, Denmark and Singapore. The merged company unites the product portfolios and R&D capabilities of Sivantos and Widex (brands including Signia, Widex, Rexton and Audio Service), creating a global medical‑device leader with combined revenues above EUR 1.7 billion and a workforce of over 10,000 to accelerate innovation and market penetration.
