Acme United Corporation's Canadian subsidiary has acquired the assets of First Aid Central, a Laval, Quebec–based first aid and safety supplier. First Aid Central reported approximately C$4.3 million in 2019 revenue; Acme United said it will use the Laval location to expand local production and better serve Canadian and global customers.

Acme United Corporation acquired selected assets of Hawktree Solutions, Inc., a supplier of first aid and survival kits, medical supplies, and training, for approximately $1.0 million. Hawktree — which held the exclusive Canadian Red Cross license for certain first aid/survival products and had prior annual revenues of about $4.0 million — was in receivership; Acme United will operate the business from its Laval, Canada facilities and expects the acquisition to be accretive in Q4 2023.

Acme United Corporation acquired the assets of Med-Nap LLC, a Brooksville, Florida-based manufacturer of alcohol prep pads, antiseptic wipes and related cleaning products. Med-Nap reported estimated 2020 revenues of approximately $4.9 million and EBITDA of about $1.0 million, employs 25 people, and the acquisition provides Acme with an FDA-registered U.S. manufacturing facility and new product lines; purchase price was not disclosed.

Acme United Corporation has acquired the assets of SLED Distribution, LLC, which does business as My Medic, for $18.7 million. My Medic, a North Salt Lake, Utah-based direct-to-consumer supplier of tactical, trauma, and emergency response products with roughly $19 million in 2025 revenue and about 40 employees, will continue operating in Utah as Acme expands its product offerings and distribution in the U.S. and Canada.
