Djinn Technologies Acquires Volumetric Video Pioneer EF EVE Ltd.

Djinn Technologies Ltd., part of Akuma Engineering Ltd., has acquired EF EVE Ltd., including its assets, patents and intellectual property, to integrate EF EVE’s volumetric and spatial capture software into Djinn’s SpatialScan3D product family. The deal brings EF EVE’s markerless camera sync and lossless spatial compression technology into Djinn’s offerings to expand consumer and enterprise SaaS and secure enterprise (military/academic) product lines.

TeamViewer has agreed to acquire London-based Digital Employee Experience (DEX) software provider 1E from Carlyle Europe Technology Partners for an enterprise value of US$720 million. The deal, which is expected to close in early 2025 subject to regulatory approvals, brings TeamViewer a leading SaaS DEX platform (c.300 employees, US$77m ARR as of Sept 2024) to expand its intelligent endpoint management and digital workplace capabilities.
