CSI, a provider of end-to-end financial software, has acquired Velocity Solutions from H.I.G. Capital. Velocity Solutions — a nearly 30-year-old provider of deposit acquisition, customer engagement and intelligent overdraft management software that serves more than 30 million consumers — will be integrated into CSI's suite of products; terms were not disclosed.

Solutions II, a Littleton, Colorado-based IT services and cybersecurity firm, has acquired Atlanta-based value-added reseller Vertical VAR to strengthen its Southeast footprint and vertical market capabilities across public safety, healthcare, gaming & hospitality, and commercial enterprise. The deal will allow Vertical VAR to operate as "Vertical VAR, a Solutions II Company," preserving its brand while gaining access to Solutions II's scale and security, managed services, and AI readiness offerings.
