SpendMend, a portfolio company backed by Sheridan Capital Partners, has acquired TurnKey Pharmacy Solutions and Elevate340B to create SpendMend Pharmacy, an end-to-end 340B compliance, optimization and growth offering for hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities across the U.S. The acquisition integrates TurnKey's 340B audit capabilities and Elevate340B's optimization services into SpendMend's cost-cycle solutions to accelerate market delivery and expand service capabilities.
