Perwyn Acquires Majority Stake in Agilitas IT Solutions in Management Buy-Out

Perwyn has acquired a majority stake in Nottingham-based Agilitas IT Solutions as part of a management buy-out led by CEO Shaun Lynn. NVM Private Equity has exited its investment; Perwyn will support Agilitas' international expansion, service acceleration and potential M&A. Agilitas employs about 115 people and has appointed Bill Wilson as Chairman.
