NVM Private Equity has exited its investment; Perwyn will support Agilitas' international expansion, service acceleration and potential M&A. Agilitas employs about 115 people and has appointed Bill Wilson as Chairman.

Perwyn Acquires Majority Stake in JT IoT

Perwyn has acquired a majority stake in JT's Internet of Things (IoT) division, a Jersey-headquartered connectivity business that manages nearly 10 million SIMs and is supported by a team of about 70 people. JT will retain a minority stake; Perwyn said the acquisition complements its focus on technology-enabled services and will be used to accelerate the IoT business's global growth.
