Vanair Acquires Grip Idle Management

Vanair has acquired Grip Idle Management, integrating Grip’s patented vehicle idle-reduction technology into Vanair’s EPEQ idle management product line. The acquisition will combine both companies’ systems to expand Vanair’s product portfolio, enhance telematics integration and reduce fuel consumption, engine hours and emissions for fleet customers.
