Zinnia, an Eldridge-owned insurance technology and services company, has agreed to acquire Policygenius, a digital insurance marketplace. The deal combines Policygenius’ consumer-facing distribution platform and analytics with Zinnia’s tech capabilities and TPA infrastructure to create an end-to-end "Open Insurance" architecture and expand distribution across carriers, advisors and policyholders.

The companies will integrate IXN’s LifeDX and mobile sales tools into Insurance Technologies’ FireLight platform to create a single end-to-end sales automation solution; terms were not disclosed.
