Terms were not disclosed; Trueface founders Shaun Moore and Nezare Chafni will join Pangiam, and the deal strengthens Pangiam's biometric offerings for airports, federal and commercial customers.

TrueMeeting builds real‑time, smartphone face‑scanning technology for creating lifelike 3D avatars; the startup was founded by Amir Bassan‑Eskenazi and Rani Oz and had raised about US$45 million from investors including Grove Ventures and Matrix Partners.
