Clarience Technologies has acquired Pressure Systems International (P.S.I.), the global leader in automatic tire inflation and tire pressure monitoring systems, including P.S.I.'s manufacturing operations in San Antonio, Texas. The deal expands Clarience's transportation technology portfolio and capabilities in tire-management and connected-vehicle sensing as fleets transition toward electric and autonomous vehicles.
