Crane Company completed multiple acquisitions effective January 1, 2026, including the Precision Sensors & Instrumentation (PSI) businesses Druck, Panametrics and Reuter‑Stokes acquired from Baker Hughes (a transaction announced at ~$1.15 billion) and optek‑Danulat (acquired from JD Group). (PSI), an AS9100-certified precision machining and sheet metal fabrication firm located on Florida’s Space Coast. The add-on strengthens Prince’s aerospace and defense capabilities and expands the combined company’s national manufacturing footprint; terms were not disclosed.

Clarience Technologies Acquires Pressure Systems International

Crane Company Acquires Vian Enterprises, Inc.

Crane Company has acquired Vian Enterprises, Inc. for approximately $103 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. Vian, a designer and manufacturer of multi-stage lubrication pumps and lubrication system components for aerospace and defense, reported trailing 12-month sales of about $33 million and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $8 million; Crane said the acquisition expands its Aerospace & Electronics fluid solution capabilities and is expected to be immediately accretive to segment margins.
