Coastline co-founder Steven Simpson joins Cornerstone to lead its Data Science Division as the firm expands its analytics, machine learning, and data science capabilities for financial services clients.

Vista Equity Partners and Evergreen Coast Capital completed the $16.5 billion acquisition of Citrix Systems, with Citrix shareholders receiving $104.00 per share. The buyers plan to combine Citrix with Vista portfolio company TIBCO Software to create a scaled enterprise software provider focused on secure digital workspaces, data management and accelerating Citrix’s SaaS transition.
