Tata Consultancy Services Acquires Coastal from Sverica for $700 Million

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has acquired Coastal (formerly Coastal Cloud), a Palm Coast, Florida–based Salesforce, data and AI consultancy, from Sverica Capital Management for $700 million. The deal brings Coastal's ~600+ professionals and Salesforce-led transformation capabilities into TCS's global platform to strengthen TCS's Salesforce and AI-led services while retaining Coastal's brand and operating model.

Accenture Acquires CS Technology

Accenture Acquires TalentSprint from NSE Academy Ltd.
