Capgemini has acquired 100% of SEIMAF, an industrial engineering and technical consulting group specializing in nuclear, to strengthen its engineering and nuclear capabilities across Europe. SEIMAF, founded in 1994 and headquartered in Paris with a team of over 100 engineers across France, the UK and Romania, will bolster Capgemini's capacity to support industrial and energy clients during the energy transition.
