Funds managed by Castik Capital have acquired a 55% majority stake in Norwegian accounting and consulting group Aider, with over 160 employees retaining a combined 45% ownership. The partnership gives Aider access to capital to continue its buy-and-build strategy, accelerate further acquisitions, expand in Norway and pursue longer-term Nordic growth.
