GLORY Ltd, through its UK subsidiary Glory Global Solutions (International) Ltd, has agreed to acquire 100% of Flooid, a Coventry‑headquartered provider of cloud‑native unified commerce and retail POS software, from Inflexion Private Equity Partners. The acquisition is intended to expand GLORY’s software annuity revenue and unified commerce capabilities, accelerating Flooid's global reach through GLORY’s existing retail relationships; the deal is subject to shareholder approval and a completed share purchase agreement.
