Databricks Acquires Arcion

Databricks has agreed to acquire Arcion, a provider of real-time change data capture (CDC) and enterprise data replication technology, in a transaction valued at over $100 million. The acquisition will enable Databricks to provide native, low-latency ingestion and replication connectors from enterprise databases and SaaS applications into the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, expanding its data ingestion and real-time capabilities.

Star Leasing Company, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital, has acquired Cooling Concepts, LLC, a refrigerated semi‑trailer leasing company serving customers in over 30 U.S. states. The acquisition expands Star’s refrigerated trailer fleet, geographic footprint and product offerings (rentals, leasing, maintenance and trailer sales) and is accretive to its core business as part of I Squared’s larger transport and cold‑chain platform.

LCI/Lippert (Furrion) Acquires Way Interglobal Network LLC

LCI Industries, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Lippert Components and its brand/subsidiary Furrion LLC, acquired substantially all of the business assets of Way Interglobal Network LLC, an Elkhart, Indiana-based supplier of appliances and electronics to the RV industry. The deal (which excludes Way's power generator assets and the Way brand) adds Way’s Everchill and Greystone brands, expands North American R&D and warehousing capacity, and strengthens Lippert/Furrion’s RV appliance and electronics portfolio.

FIntegrate Acquires FusionCRS

FIntegrate, a Birmingham-based collections and analytics software company, acquired the FusionCRS collections platform in June 2021 and has since integrated and enhanced the product. Following the acquisition the company launched FusionDMS (a dispute management solution), expanded its client roster including multiple banks and credit unions, and now manages more than $30 billion in portfolio collections and recoveries.

Mirion Technologies Acquires Critical Infrastructure Business of Collins Aerospace

Mirion Technologies has completed the acquisition of the Critical Infrastructure (CI) business of Collins Aerospace (operating through ARINC Incorporated). The CI business — which will integrate under Mirion as Secure Integrated Solutions (SIS) and operates out of Carrollton, Texas and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania — brings command-and-control software and cybersecurity capabilities for nuclear power plants and government facilities to expand Mirion's industrial software and digital offerings.
