Valor Exterior Partners Acquires Kirkin Exteriors

Valor Exterior Partners, a platform company backed by Osceola Capital, has acquired Kirkin Exteriors, a New Castle, Delaware-based provider of roofing, siding, solar and other exterior home services. The deal expands Valor's footprint into the Mid-Atlantic (Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey) and is the platform's fifth add-on since launching in September 2024.
