Aveanna Healthcare (NASDAQ: AVAH) completed the acquisition of Comfort Care Home Health & Hospice, a 31-location provider across Alabama and Tennessee, for $345.0 million (approximately $290.0 million net of estimated tax benefits). The deal expands Aveanna’s home health and hospice footprint in demographically attractive adult care markets and Comfort Care is expected to be fully integrated into Aveanna during 2022.
