Bristol Hospice, a Webster Equity Partners–backed hospice operator, has acquired St. Agatha Comfort Care in Las Vegas for an undisclosed amount. The deal brings the small, community-focused hospice led by Alfred Esquerra into Bristol’s platform as part of its continued geographic expansion and add-on growth strategy in the hospice space.
